Peter interned at NLF during the summer of 2015, and started serving at NLF in April of 2016 and was ordained later that year. Peter grew up near Grand Rapids, Michigan. He did a year of Bible school in Missouri, then he completed his Bachelors at Kuyper College in Grand Rapids in 2011 and his M.Div. at Calvin Theological Seminary in 2016. He worked at a Christian camp in Wisconsin teaching nature classes for many summers, and served as a youth director in Ontario. Peter is an avid reader and a self-proclaimed geek. Enjoys not only reading theology, philosophy, and history but greatly enjoys The Chronicles of Narnia, The Lord of the Rings, and Beowulf. He also enjoys a good cup of coffee and listening to vinyl records.
